Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Rub the flour and butter together in a bowl until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
  • Stir in the chives and feta.
  • Add the milk and stir to form a dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 0.5cm thickness.
  • Cut out shapes using a biscuit cutter and place them on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until risen and golden-brown.
