Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Trim the rosemary stalks to a point and strip away most leaves.
  • Thread tomatoes, pepper, and sausages onto the rosemary stalks and place on the tray.
  • Mix the honey and mustard in a bowl and brush over the kebabs.
  • Roast for 18 to 20 minutes until the sausages are cooked through.
