Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Trim the rosemary stalks to a point and strip away most leaves.

Thread tomatoes, pepper, and sausages onto the rosemary stalks and place on the tray.

Mix the honey and mustard in a bowl and brush over the kebabs.
