Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Heat oil and butter in an ovenproof pan and brown sausages and chorizo for 7 minutes.
  • Remove meat with a slotted spoon and fry onions and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add paprika, chillies, pepper, stock, and meat then bake for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and skim any fat from the surface.
  • Stir in soured cream and parsley.
  • Serve the goulash over cooked rice.
