Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with paper.
  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper and spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
  • Sprinkle combined lemon zest and parsley over the cheese layer and press down.
  • Arrange the red peppers on top and place fillets on the baking tray.
  • Roast for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked.
  • Squeeze over the lemon juice before serving.
