Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Mix flour, yoghurt, water, and seasoning into a dough bowl.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and roll it into a thin circle on a floured surface.
  • Dry-fry the base in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly coloured.
  • Transfer the base to a baking sheet and spread with tomato purée.
  • Scatter cherry tomatoes, garlic, oil, pepper, and salami onto the base.
  • Top with grated halloumi cheese.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
