  • Preheat the grill to its highest setting.
  • Par-boil the diced potatoes in a saucepan of boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Drain the potatoes and stir in the mustard and rosemary with a fork.
  • Press the potato mixture into a ring mould placed on a baking sheet.
