Steps

  • Rub the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the steak in a smoking hot griddle pan for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Spread tomato sauce on a ciabatta slice and top with the steak and spinach.
  • Blend tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and 85g spinach until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over the spinach and top with the remaining griddled ciabatta slice.
