Knead dough on a floured surface for ten minutes until smooth.
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and rise for 1-2 hours.
Punch down the dough and knead again until smooth.
Divide into five balls and let rest before shaping.
Flatten and stretch each ball into a 20 cm circle.
Place on floured tins, add toppings, and bake in a hot oven until crispy.
