Steps

  • Mix all ingredients together until a golden dough clump forms.
  • Knead the dough on a surface for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into two and roll each half into a 3cm diameter cylinder.
  • Wrap the cylinders in cling film and chill in the fridge for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the chilled dough into 1cm thick slices.
  • Arrange slices on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until pale gold.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
