Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Line two large baking trays with paper and grease them with butter.
  • Toss the cheese, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds together in a small bowl.
  • Place a 9cm ring on the tray and sprinkle a thin layer of the cheese mixture inside.
  • Lift the ring and place a lollipop stick so the tip touches the center of the disc.
  • Repeat to make 10 discs leaving 3cm spaces between them.
  • Cover the part of the stick resting on the disc with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for five minutes until golden-brown and bubbling.
  • Transfer the paper to a rack and cool for 2 minutes until crisp.
  • Carefully remove each lollipop using a palette knife.
