Steps

  • Coarsely crush peppercorns and sieve to remove fine dust.
  • Combine the yoghurt and honey in a bowl.
  • Halve the figs and sprinkle the cut sides with sugar.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan and cook figs cut-side down for two minutes.
  • Place three fig halves on each plate and top with yoghurt and pepper.
