Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a mixer with a dough hook.
  • Add water gradually and knead the dough for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Allow the dough to rise for at least 60 minutes.
  • Knock the dough back and knead in the onion marmalade.
  • Grease 8 flowerpots with butter and line with parchment paper.
  • Divide dough into 8 pieces and place into the flowerpots.
  • Prove the dough for a further 30 minutes.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
