Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Mix the flour, sugar, oats, butter, syrup, and soda mixture into a thick batter.
  • Roll the mixture into 3cm balls and place them on the tray with space between.
  • Flatten the balls with a fork and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • Roll the fudge between paper to 2mm thick and cut into circles.
  • Place a fudge circle on each cooled biscuit and pour melted white chocolate over.
  • Chill the biscuits in the fridge until the chocolate sets, then serve at room temperature.
