Steps

  • Heat the brown sugar in a frying pan over high heat until melted.
  • Place the nectarines cut-side down into the sugar and cook for one minute.
  • Add the wine and honey and boil until the liquid reduces by half.
  • Remove nectarines to keep warm, then stir in cream and boil until sauce thickens.
  • Place nectarines on a plate and drizzle with the sauce to serve.
