Steps

  • Heat 90ml of olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the chopped garlic and chilli for one minute.
  • Add 400g of mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes until cooked.
  • Stir in parsley and marjoram and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices on both sides.
  • Rub each toast with the whole garlic clove and brush with olive oil.
  • Spoon the mushroom mixture over the toasted bread.
