Mixed varieties, chopped
Method

Heat 90ml of olive oil in a frying pan.

Fry the chopped garlic and chilli for one minute.

Add 400g of mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes until cooked.

Stir in parsley and marjoram and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread slices on both sides.

Rub each toast with the whole garlic clove and brush with olive oil.

Spoon the mushroom mixture over the toasted bread.
