Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix all kebab ingredients in a bowl and marinate the monkfish for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Chargrill the monkfish in a smoking hot ovenproof griddle pan for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Roast the monkfish in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix the beans and oil in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the roasted monkfish on top of the bean salad.
