Steps

  • Preheat a baking sheet in the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend all pudding ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into two greased ramekins.
  • Bake ramekins on the hot tray for 12 minutes.
  • Dust satsumas with icing sugar and bake on a tray for 10 minutes.
  • Heat sauce ingredients except butter in a pan until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the butter until melted and combined.
  • Turn puddings onto plates and top with sauce and satsumas.
