Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Brush filo sheets with melted butter and cut into fifty 5cm squares.
  • Stack squares in pairs at an angle to create star shapes.
  • Press the pastry stars into the muffin tin moulds.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and cool on a wire rack.
  • Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and honey.
  • Sear the steak in hot oil for 1-2 minutes until browned but pink inside.
  • Fill cases with horseradish, top with steak, and garnish with parsley.
