Steps

  • Melt butter in a saucepan and fry onion for 8-10 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in sausage meat, breadcrumbs, lemon, parsley, and sage then season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into 16 balls using wet hands and place on a greased tray.
  • Cover the tray with cling film and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry balls for 4-5 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve the stuffing balls with roast meat.
