Steps

  • Bring 300ml of stock to a boil in a pan.
  • Add broccoli, peas, and chilli, then boil until vegetables are tender.
  • Add sesame seeds, rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and simmer to warm through.
  • Pour the broth into a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander.
