  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend the lamb, spices, and apple in a food processor and season with salt and pepper.

  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Thread the cooked koftas onto skewers to serve.
