Steps

  • Whiz all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Place chicken in a dish, cover with sauce, and marinate in the fridge overnight.
  • Cook chicken on a hot griddle for 25 to 30 minutes while basting with sauce.
  • Brush pineapple with oil and char grill until golden brown.
  • Squeeze lime juice over grilled pineapple.
