Steps

  • Spread banana chunks on a tray and freeze until solid for approximately one hour.
  • Place frozen banana chunks, vanilla, and sweetener into a food processor with half of the buttermilk.
  • Blend while slowly pouring in the remaining buttermilk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Serve the ice cream immediately.
