Steps

  • Whisk the egg whites with an electric whisk until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the egg yolk and flour into the whisked egg whites.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry four spoonfuls of mixture for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Mix chopped tomatoes, basil, and yoghurt in a bowl and season well.
  • Mix salmon, lemon juice, and spring onion in another bowl and season.
