Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Grease the insides of two 7.5cm chefs' rings with butter and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Process the butter, sugar, baking powder, cocoa, and flour in a food processor until combined.
  • Stir in eight pitted cherries using a wooden spoon.
  • Divide the mixture between the rings and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Heat cocoa powder, water, and sugar in a pan until smooth and glossy.
  • Transfer the fondants to plates and remove the rings.
  • Top with chocolate sauce, a tablespoon of cream, and two garnish cherries.
