Steps

  • Melt 25g butter and 3 tbsp honey in a small frying pan over medium heat.
  • Stir in 50ml cream once the mixture begins to brown and caramelise.
  • Lower the heat and place fig halves in the pan.
  • Spoon sauce over the figs for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
  • Transfer the honeyed figs to a plate and serve with Greek-style yoghurt.
