Steps

  • Boil the sweet potato in salted water for 6-8 minutes until tender.
  • Drain the potato and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add 30g of butter and mash until smooth.
  • Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the pork in oil in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
  • Add soy sauce, honey, and chilli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce reduces.
  • Slice the pork and serve on the mash with pan juices and chives.
