Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and brown the seasoned, honey-drizzled pork on all sides.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 3 minutes until cooked through.
  • Rest the meat while simmering the sauce ingredients in a saucepan for two minutes.

  • Plate the pork and spoon the sauce over the top.
