Steps

  • Simmer 150ml of wine and 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a saucepan until reduced by half and sticky.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok and fry the sliced steak for 3 minutes until browned.
  • Add the green beans and carrot matchsticks to the wok and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce, honey, and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and stir fry for 2 minutes until tender.
  • Stir the sesame seeds into the mixture.
  • Serve the stir-fry on a plate and drizzle with the prepared red wine reduction.
