Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix the beef ingredients in a bowl and marinate the steak for ten minutes.
  • Heat a griddle pan and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes per side before resting.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and brown the swede for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Add chicken stock to the pan and bake in the oven for 12-14 minutes until softened.
  • Serve the grilled beef alongside the swede fondant.
