Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan and cook the salmon for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, sweetcorn, tomato, and breadcrumbs for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add 100ml of double cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve alongside the salmon.
