Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.
  • Drizzle pineapple slices with 2.5 tbsp honey and orange juice.
  • Griddle pineapple for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until charred.
  • Set pineapple aside and pour remaining pan juices over the slices.
  • Fold yoghurt, mint, and 1 tbsp honey into the whipped cream.
  • Spoon the cream mixture into a wine glass and garnish with pineapple.
