Steps

  • Preheat oven to 200°C and oil a baking sheet.
  • Mix the flour, olive oil and water in a bowl to make a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough into a thin disc and place it on the baking sheet.
  • Spread the tomato purée over the dough disc.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and fry mushrooms and sun-blushed tomatoes for two minutes.
  • Spread the mushroom mixture over the pizza and crumble the goats' cheese on top.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts and the base is golden.
