Melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of batter or coated apple rings into the pan, leaving space between each.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles form and edges begin to set.
Flip fritters and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden-brown.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and sprinkle over the cooked fritters.
