Steps

  • Mix the flour, salt, coriander seeds, and paprika in a large bowl.
  • Make a well in the centre and add the olive oil and warm water.
  • Incorporate the ingredients with a fork, then use your hands to form a soft ball.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for five minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Return the dough to the bowl, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into five equal balls.
  • Roll each ball out to the thickness of a 2-pound coin.
  • Cook the flatbreads in a hot griddle pan for two minutes on each side.
  • Serve the bread immediately.
