Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
  • Whisk in the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Slowly whisk in the milk until the sauce thickens.
  • Stir in the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Place the fish on baking trays lined with greaseproof paper and season.
  • Bake the fish for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Serve the fish with the parsley sauce poured over.
