Steps

  • Mix the masa harina and salt in a bowl.
  • Add the water and olive oil and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 24 balls.
  • Cover and rest the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Flatten the balls to 3mm thickness using your hands, a press, or a rolling pin.
  • Lightly oil a pan and place over high heat.
  • Cook each tortilla for one minute per side until lightly colored.
