Steps
Combine 500ml cream, coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a pan.
Simmer the mixture while stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Squeeze excess water from the gelatine and whisk it into the warm mixture.
Pour the liquid into four moulds and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Loosen the panna cottas by dipping moulds in hot water and turn onto plates.
Simmer 200ml cream and stir in the chocolate pieces to create a sauce.
Pour the hot chocolate sauce over the panna cottas to serve.
