Steps

  • Combine 500ml cream, coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a pan.
  • Simmer the mixture while stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Squeeze excess water from the gelatine and whisk it into the warm mixture.
  • Pour the liquid into four moulds and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  • Loosen the panna cottas by dipping moulds in hot water and turn onto plates.
  • Simmer 200ml cream and stir in the chocolate pieces to create a sauce.
  • Pour the hot chocolate sauce over the panna cottas to serve.
