Steps

  • Mix the cinnamon and cloves into the brandy and infuse for 30 minutes.
  • Pour the spiced liquid over the dried fruits and soak for two hours.
  • Combine the yoghurt, cream, and honey before stirring in the soaked fruit mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn for 15-20 minutes.
  • Pack the mixture into a pudding basin, cover tightly, and freeze until solid.
  • Loosen the pudding with a hot cloth and unmold onto a dish to serve.
