Steps

  • Grease a 20cm square cake tin and line it with greaseproof paper.
  • Melt the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a pan over low heat.
  • Add the marshmallows once sugar dissolves and boil the mixture for 5-6 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate.
  • Wait one minute then stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour into the tin and leave to set for several hours before cutting into 25 squares.
