Method

Grease a 20cm square cake tin and line it with greaseproof paper.

Melt the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a pan over low heat.

Add the marshmallows once sugar dissolves and boil the mixture for 5-6 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate.

Wait one minute then stir until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

Pour into the tin and leave to set for several hours before cutting into 25 squares.
