Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the spinach for one minute until wilted.
  • Place the buttered spinach into the base of a small ovenproof dish.
  • Crack the eggs into the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the cream and sprinkle the grated cheddar evenly on top.
