Steps

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
  • Add the celeriac and boil for ten minutes until tender.
  • Add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Mash the celeriac to a rough paste.
  • Stir in the cream and brie until well mixed.
  • Transfer to a warm bowl and garnish with chervil.
