Steps

  • Combine tomato, tomato purée, honey, chilli flakes, and water in a small saucepan.
  • Season with salt and pepper and heat gently until the mixture thickens.
  • Heat a griddle pan until hot.
  • Rub the corn with olive oil and chargrill for 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
  • Chop the corn into chunks and serve with a spoonful of the chilli jam.
