Steps

  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat.
  • Combine the thyme with olive oil and rub it onto the chicken.
  • Season the chicken and griddle for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix the garlic, parsley, and butter together in a small bowl.
  • Add the flavoured butter to the pan and reduce the heat once the chicken is cooked.
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the chicken.
  • Serve the chicken with the pan juices spooned over the top.
