Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat an ovenproof griddle pan until smoking and chargrill the apple halves flesh-side down for two minutes.
  • Turn the apples over and place a chunk of cheese into each hollowed core.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the apples and bake in the oven for ten minutes until golden.
  • Place apples on a plate, top with chopped apple, and drizzle with cream.
