Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Grease a 20cm square of foil or parchment.
  • Place Brie, thyme, pear slices, and olive oil on the parchment and season.
  • Seal the edges to create a bag and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the parcel in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan and cook chopped pears for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in sugar, vinegar, chilli flakes, and oil and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Open the baked parcel, pour over the dressing, and serve with bread.
