Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and top with garlic, cheese, and oil.
  • Bake for 5 to 6 minutes until mushrooms are softened and cheese is golden.

  • Season spinach with salt and pepper and serve underneath the baked mushrooms.
