Steps

  • Blend the butter and sugar in a food processor.
  • Add the flour, eggs, and milk and blend lightly to combine.
  • Mix in 55g of blackberries and blend on high speed.
  • Pour mixture into a greased pudding dish and cover with cling film.
  • Microwave on full power for four minutes.
  • Heat the remaining blackberries, sugar, and wine in a pan for 4 minutes.
  • Turn the pudding onto a plate and cover with sauce to serve.
