seeds removed, flesh finely chopped
Method

Heat a wok over high heat and stir fry the beef slices in 1 tbsp oil until browned.

Drain the beef in a sieve and set aside.

Sauté the cavolo nero in the remaining oil for 2 minutes until wilted.

Add the garlic, ginger, and chilli and stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the black bean sauce and beef stock, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Return the beef to the wok to heat through.

Serve the stir fry immediately over the cooked rice.
