Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat oil in large pans and brown the meat for 3 minutes before setting aside.
  • Fry onions until soft, then cook with peppers and mushrooms for several minutes.
  • Stir in the paprika, 1 litre of water, and 2.5 litres of yoghurt then reduce heat.
  • Return the meat to the mixture and bake in covered dishes at 180°C for 90 minutes.
